A Curated Board of Unique Benches on Hometalk
20 Unique Benches as Found on Hometalk
Warmer weather is here – at least in most areas! Most people are looking for fabulous benches to build to enjoy the outdoors after being cooped up all winter. I know that I am suffering from a horrible case of cabin fever! So for a few inspiring ideas, I’ve partnered with Hometalk (my most favorite home and garden website) to bring you 20 unique benches found on Hometalk!
Let’s start with this beauty from Karin at Art is Beauty… Painted in a luscious shade of green with a vintage graphic on the seat, how can you go wrong?
How about this piece of gorgeousness from Gail at My Repurposed Life… Gail used two chairs (“orphans” as she calls them) to create this stunning piece!
This particular piece may look familiar to you… I built this bench for my mom a few years ago and she is still wild about it! I also designed and built the chairs! This bench is a very easy build!
This bench from Redoux Interiors is titled as a bench made from junk but I don’t see any junk here – just pure fabulousness! It is a great way to repurpose furniture that had a past life as something completely different!
This bench is truly amazing and is constructed out of a tree that fell in the owner’s yard. Plus, it was built using antique tools (no power tools) and is absolutely beautiful!
Armed with these ideas, there should be tons of inspiration from Hometalk. Each and every one of the 20 unique benches found on Hometalk would look fabulous in an indoor or outdoor setting and would be perfect seating for guests or just for relaxing. Hometalk has all sorts of ideas for many projects and is one of my favorite go-to resources! I know I can always find something awesome over there…
