This time, I am sharing the DIY plans to build the Fair & Square benches to match, and make the game night set complete! The lumber list contains materials for building two stools, and the plans are an easy weekend build.

Step One

Cut the pieces for the legs and side frames. Cut the angle in the legs as shown using a jigsaw, circular saw, or miter saw. Attach the frame pieces to the legs using glue and pocket hole screws. The pocket holes for the frame pieces may need to be staggered because the piece is so small!

Cut the pieces for the aprons. The aprons will be positioned 1/2″ back from the front face of the legs. Attach tot he side frames using glue and pocket hole screws.

These DIY plans to build the Fair & Square benches would also be perfect by themselves (without the game table) in the garden, on the porch, or even in a mudroom! They are also great plans for those new to woodworking and would be a great weekend project! If you have any questions, please let me know at cher {at} designsbystudioc {dot} com!
