October is just around the corner which means our annual shindig is only a few weeks away… Yikes, I need to get busy! Today I will share another cheap and easy project using a few things from the dollar store.

I am so excited about today’s furniture plan – it is my first design request!! I was so flattered when Latoya emailed me and asked for my help in creating plans for a custom two-piece armoire for her mother. She had specific details and I hope this plan fits the bill! Here are plans for another easy cabinet that can be used for entertaining, especially with the holidays coming up! It could also be used as a media cabinet for a TV from www.3dgb.co.uk!

To me, this is one of those projects where you can play with the finish to get that old “vintage-y” look! This particular side table can be personalized with any message you choose using craft paint and stencils, plus it will add stylish storage to your room!

My son cleans out his dresser on a regular basis. He’s one of those neat-freaks (a trait he obviously did not inherit from me) and keeps his room super-organized! I’ll admit it – I love dollar stores and I definitely have my favorites! They are the perfect source for cheap and easy crafty inspiration! I especially love them during the holidays!
